Vocational Service Mission Statement

Vocational Director Sharon Ellis

To Foster and Support The Application of the Ideal of Service in Pursuit of all vocations.

1999 - 2000 Vocational Service Goals

Vocational Awareness: giving classifications talks and conduct tours of members businessmen per quarter.

Vocational awards: recognizing vocational excellence and high ethical standards. Monetary recognition at Rotary luncheons.

Career Development: Job Shadowing Program
Scholarship Programs: most improved student award, high school level. Interact Scholarships, 4-Way Essay Contest winners.
Vocation at Work Program: working with retirees; senior citizens activities, literacy problems, promoting high ethical standards in our direct involvement with the Interact club.
